Hello to the group - Brand spank'in new member of the board!

Hi all, I'm new to the board and super new to smallbore rifle silhouette!

I'm coming from the world of 10m air pistol shooting.

I am in the process of picking out my first gun and scope.

I have 5 acres and will be setting up a range very soon and shooting through the winter as light allows!

Thanks in advance for answering my newbie questions and thanks for the cool group!

I bet Winnsboro, Louisiana looks like a long drive to you, right? Don't make up your mind too quickly and keep the first weekend in June blocked out. PM sent.

New shooters always welcome. Would second ajj's comments on Winnsboro, and ad not to overlook the Midsouth Classic held at the Benton Gun Club in Sept.
