Weatherby Mark XXII
Just bought a Weatherby Mark XXII bolt gun and wanted to find some extra 5 round magazines. No one seems to have them in stock. Anyone have any ideas on where I might get some? Also, will the Anschutz magazines for the 64 inter change with the Weatherby since that's really what they are?
Thanks,

I believe they are the same as the Anschutz magazines. A cheaper alternative is to use the Savage magazines from Brownells. The part number from Brownells is 533-400-355. Brownell lists them for around $10.50 plus shipping. To make them work on some of the magazine wells you just have to shave (use a drimmel tool or file) a little off the back, just compare it with your factory magazine and check the fit.
Get one and try it... a lot chaper then the $45+ for and Anschutz magazine and is what most of the folks are getting and using today on their Annies.

For the guys that like the savage mags better than the Anschutz factory mags, I'll swap you savage mags for your factory mags, straight across. Win win deal. You won't ever have to deal with "those clunky old things again, and you'll have a new Savage mag to take it's place....The Savage mags feed well, but I use the plastic "pad" on the bottom on the factory mag to index my left hand hold....kind of a "security blanket"...

Instead of saying anything about them Hogs whipping up on those Tigers, you tried to get his magazines, so it appears!
