Ramslammer "mans up" soon
Hello all and sundry,
Just got back from another "working holiday", (gad life is tough). Travelled a tad over 4000kms through Australia's western deserts and had a great time as usual. Only had to fix a couple of flat tyres and roll one crook camel during the 26 day trip (only 799,999 camels to go, hurray!!). I could rave on about how good I have it most of the time, however very soon I will be forced into close proximity with a certain stinking Pom, who I can now say is Autralian as he has a new passport to prove it. Suffice to say I'm currently drafting a stern letter to the mob who hands out such documents. I feel they they must have some serious loopholes in the system to let that bugger in....
Onto the reason for this post, it would appear that the Chairman will soon take delivery of a "new" .375 Marlin. Simply put he has had to MAN-UP and get a big boys gun as he has finally realised that the sh*#box .44 is only for those not serious about the sport....... The delivery date for said rifle is fast approaching and I'm certain a short, slimy toad will be waiting in the wings to grab the firearm and get a shot out of it before the rightful owner has a chance. (Heaven help the Church Bell next door). This is the custom in far flung Tasmania, and it is anyones guess what else this custom encompasses. Because of this new development the Chairman now also wears another nickname, Maxi Mick. Lets be honest you really couldn't call him Mini Mick could you?
It is also distressing to see what other low creatures have been let onto this fine forum of late. I turn my back for a couple of weeks and we now have a Chrony shooting Queenslander on board. God help us when Jerkoff learns how to two finger type.
Regards to all and hope your all over your Snowball hangovers.

Thanks Outback for your kind words!!!! As for you you stinking Pom I resemble your comment completely. Also well done on the 39/40 in CLAS Rifle the other day. Just don't suffer from performance anxiety in Raton.

Australia still takes in convicts? I would have thought they had enough there by now.

Ramslammer(aleged), there is no perfomance anxiety as we are the FIRST AUSTRALIAN TEAM to compete in this match it doesn't matter what we shoot because it'll be the record!!!! Your teams that follow will have to live down to the low standard expected from the Brothers.

Ex Pom and new converted convict....Set the scores high , you wouldn't want to hear the records being beaten too soon.

Innocent,
You have noticed that Australia has opened its arms to accept the said Pom. However there are branches of our Govt' departments that keep tabs on these things, so having made the mistake of taking the bugger on board a crafty plan was then hatched to offload him onto another country. Congratulations USA you have just won yourself a real gem.............
(We are all hoping he hasn't noticed the one way ticket!)

I'm old enough to remember Carter and his open arms to the island countries...especially Hati. Maybe we should get the ex pom a ticket to New Orleans.

G'Day All
Mick you have made my day, we have finally got rid of the Stinking Pom
!!! AH if only it was true, but no doubt he'll be in Canberra on the 8-9 Aug to give us all a dose of the tom tits. As far as him being a gem I'm glad that was said with the usual Aussie sarcastic undertone.
As you will be reading this Dave it's my Birthday on the 10th of Aug so we are staying at Majura for a extra day and might have a few ( I think the Butcher and The Toad will stay as well) The Chairmans Wife will probably cook a leg of lamb and roast veg with salt, just what I need for my Heart.
As for the First team I must say that 66% of the 2010 team are exceptional, smart, good looking, polite, display a identical superb selection of Marlins, blah
, blah
, blah
, But most inportant they are Aussies. OH that would be Outback Mick and The Chairman. I know Dave you've got a letter saying your Australian
.

Re: Ramslammer "mans up" soon
Back Again,
Just heard a whisper that The Butcher is back on the track to Tassie. Apparently he has his (wood butcher)tools with him as someones wife has requested some house alterations, in particular some doors. If I have the story right one of the brotherhood has very sore ears of late as he is unable to easily fit his scone through a standard width doorway. Anyone guess who that might be....?
As for the Ex Pom, the only convict ancestry he has is the penchant his father has for shooting my bloody Rams. On the other hand my far background is not so "squeaky clean". My great....(insert quite a few greats)...grandfather was transported to Australia in 1838 on board the "Hercules". After his "ticket of leave" he became a Policeman but was sacked when a prisoner he was escorting escaped custody after a night at the local Tavern. So you see stuffing up under pressure runs in the family. Remind me again was it the 105th chook with the poofter rifle?
Toad if you read this tonight set your alarm for the morning. The Chairman is going to sneak down to pick up his .375 early and go straight to the range for an attempt at the first shot. Cut him off at the pass.....
Bear, the Ex Pom and I have been shooting a few 40 shot matches in the last few days. To be honest our enthusiasm has waned a bit, probably because its so bloody cold and wet. This is the first time I've been home to Adelaide in June for 5 years and it sux. Chase up some final paperwork tomorrow and start reloading for our little trip.
Goodnight All.

Re: Ramslammer "mans up" soon
Hi All
Outback Mick I do not think The Chairman will be shooting the 375 to early as last I heard he had trouble
lubing the bullets and has had to cast more.
I have to load ammo and finish some paper work this week as well as go to range for some last minute practice if I get my work finished.
