James Slusher Van Buren Arkansas

This weekend My wife and I drove for hours from central Oklahoma to Van Buren Arkansas for a lever action match. My wife is very new to competitive shooting and although it was about 103 in the shade, she was looking forward to this match. James Slusher was the only person to show and instead of just calling the match, he had a great attitude, we set up the targets and got after it. A great time.

I knew that this happened once before. Only one shooter showed for a match and he had driven for hours from Missouri. In a pouring rain , James Slusher set up the match and ran the whole thing so that shooter could shoot!

James is a true gentleman and an ambassador for the sport.

Just come up here to Tappan Hill Gun Club and shoot! We shoot on the 1st Sunday of every Month!!! We need some good competitionj up here!!! Gas is cheap right now! Next Match August 2nd!!!
