Yo Byron...you need to take lessons on skimboarding from a pro, granted I haven't been dumb enough to try riding in about 8 years...too much freshly pumped in sand on the beach, that is not packed enough for good riding.

I honestly don't know where they found it. I think they've had it for quite a while.

Those are semi custom awards. The Figure is the "Stage Driver" and is a handpainted collectors item from a company called "Michael Garmin" (In Colorado Springs, CO). It is mounted on what we in the awards business call a "Cup Base".
The retail price for the figure alone is $250 on their website http://michaelgarman.com/catalog/produc ... cts_id=743.
