Mutton Tallow Source ????
Mutton tallow is one of the ingredients of my home made lube. Alas my source, Dixie Gun Works, is no longer stocking it . Does anyone know of a source that doesn't require the minimum purchase of 200 metric tons ? I can't find any domestic suppliers other than one ounce salves for $4 !!! Dixie's tallow was really clean and very high quality. Any information would be appreciated. I thought that some of our lever gunners from the land down under might have a suggestion ?

Tallow is tallow, whether from beef or mutton. It's the fatty acid composition that makes it tallow
