Thanks Dee. Good pics, how do I make them bigger?
I hope you like the watch.

Gabriel " Sandbagger" Villareal won both days STD with a 71/80 and Hunter with 68/80. (with a borrowed gun! ) Motl was hi senior STD, Jerry Tureaux hi senior hunter, Anjelica Kuess hi woman STD, Mini hi woman hunter but took hi junior hunter and gave E hi woman. I think E was hi junior in STD. Mini and E showed great intestinal fortitude and overcame slow starts to shoot their best 40 on their last 40. Mini finished with a 36. E's little brother, Joseph, won B in STD and A in hunter. I smell sibling rivalry. Chris Cawthorne, a newbie from here uncorked some strong performances, and Larry Engle shot very well. Paul Freeman finally ate something and shot his best in a couple years, despite having Evelio as a spotter. Mark Pharr and Adam Braverman provided some great door prizes. Thanks! Official results to be posted by the match director later. Stories and lies, as well. Thanks to Bayou Rifles and Bill Motl/ Evelio for a great match and thanks for all y'all who made it down. we even had a couple Yankees show up.

Sorry about the size folks I uploaded from a mobile app I just installed and had no idea the pics were so small till today. I will upload fullsize if I get a chance. Didn't get any from day 2 but I know Kitty has his cam out and alot of others did as well.

Great weather and very well run match with some really good food and the people pleasant as always. Fastest target setters this side of the Pecos too  I swear I think they reset targets about as fast as our resetables.

Thanks again to all the Houston Club members for putting it together Bill Motl, Pat, Evelio et all. Hope to make it back in the future. And yes Pat I really like the watch, very unique to be sure :D

Thank you so much for the kind words about the Lake Houston Shooting Star 4H kids that ran their tails off this past weekend. As always, these kids could not be around a better bunch of people than you folks. I also need to thank Bill Motel...or Model....or Motl....LOL. It is a grand surprise the senior champ could come up with something as fun as the bb gun shoot with the kids and silhouette shooters. Bill is a great asset to our 4H club. I also have to thank Gabby Jones for taking a new shooter under his wing and putting a big smile on a girls face. All I can say is that while the TSRA match was smaller than Winnsboro.....the quality was there. Thank you all!!!

Oh....thank you for helping too Pat. Always nice to see you and the family. Yes, folks, he can change a tire too. hehe

Those kids did run their tails off. Great group of kids and was happy to help support their shooting endeavors.

Here is a pic of the watch that one of the shooters from Ole Mexico came with to the match. I didn't catch the name of the shooter but thanks to you whoever you are :) it is a very unique watch.

And this is Jeaux right before the trigger breaks on a 4-H Daisy 499 chambered in .500 Nitro Express. And then the after affects as he rides the recoil like a true pro. =)) Notice to the color scheme of the rifle matches his original 1712 Pharr stock with the hot Pepto Bismal Pink and purple. :))

Yeah Dee, that rifle needs a serious paint job and a dip to make is shoot better. LOL You just have to learn to ride the recoil on those magnums, or they will put a hurting on you.

Hats off to all the Bayou Rifles folks that put on the match. It was a very well run match that I will put on my short list anytime it is held in Houston. Awesome watch Dee, Chango2013, you did a superb job on it. It would be nice to see some done up for the Southern Nationals so I could have a chance to win one. Thanks also to the excellent job done by the 4H kids with the target setting, you guys and gals were so fast Evelio did not have time to relieve himself between relays.

LOL, amazing that is how I determine the speed of the target setters. Now we are going to have to introduce the other variable, the distance to the nearest tree or other appropriate relief station.
