Shoots good in my rifle, but is advertised at 1130 fps. Is this still considered standard velocity?

Ok, I re-read the posts relating to high velocity. As I understand it, if the velocity is under 1200 fps, then I should be ok to shoot this at a match, right?

The ammo that I just bought for my daughter to shoot her 4H matches with specifically says "standard velocity" on it and it is rated as 1135fps.

The 340 refers to the speed in meters per second which translates to about 1115 feet per second
