I think you are confusing Winnsboro with Houston, I don't think you are going to find any Mariachis or tacos in Winnie. I do remember the first time I stayed at the Embers 20 some years ago, there were 3 receptionist in the main office wearing nothing but bikinis, but I never check to see if they had teeth or not, my eyes never went that high.
