New silhouette shooter!!!!

It's been a long wait but my granddaughter went to her first match today, she shot the hunters pistol targets resting on the stands and managed a 18 and a 12. She also hit 5 in a row pigs, not bad for an 8 year old.

Congratulations!! You have an oportunity to grow a shooting buddy that will be a rewarding and blessed return on your investment of time. Be prepared for her to succeed and start putting a beat down on you regularly...don't worry, you won't mind a bit.

After she shot turkeys and only hit 2 I heard a classic line from her "I wish I could have hit more of those turkeys grandpa" to which I replied "pretty much everyone here is thinking the same thing princess!!!!".
