A buddy of mine is giving up shoting and has sold his rifles. He has a Kowa spotting scope left whats a fair offer for a Kowa TSN-2 25X LER Spotting Scope?

One recently sold on rimfirecentral with original box for $400. A TSN-4 sold on eBay for $600. This is the model with flourite glass.
Some 2's have sole with tripods for as much as $550.
