Is this a legal stock for standard silhouette rifle? :?

MASTER SILHOUETTE by McMillon

The Master Silhouette is based on input from silhouette competitors. It offers the basic Anschutz® design but with a higher comb, a shortened forend and a more sculptured pistol grip. The generic rear tang can be inletted for most rimfire and some centerfire actions. Available in right hand only.

Lots of choices in trigger guards. Even DIY if up to it.

The stock is legal... as long as you don't bed the action too deep. (There's always a 'but' isn't there?)

Merlin,

Here are a couple of pictures of my smallbore standard rifle built on the McMillan Master stock. This is the same stock I used to have on my 54-18 before I converted it to a hunter rifle. The stock is close to what Anschutz started with on the 54-18 silhouette rifle. McMillan shortened the forarm, squared off the top of the cheek piece, and narrowed the stock in front of the trigger guard.
10x III action, Walther barrel with bloop tube & weights, Jewell trigger.

Very nice, Paul. The visual really helps. Do you like it "mo better" than the "regular" McMillan Silhouette stack?

Merlin,

Yes, I like it much better due to the fact it is narrower in front of the trigger guard since I use the split finger hold. It also has the flat top cheek rest like the Pharr RT/s stock.

Looks just like the stock that came on my SB rifle when I bought it.

Merlin,

Here is a picture of my 54-18 before I made it into a hunter rifle. After seeing the picture of the McMillan Master stock you posted I wondered if it was mine.
This is from arround 2004 I think. 54-18 with Lilja 1" od fluted barrel 25" long.

Here is what it ended up looking like after the Franken Hunter conversion. Pharr RT/s stock and Lilja barrel
Changed out the decals on this one a couple of times since converting to a hunter rifle in 2007
