Big congrats to Open Air Rifle National Champion Elisabeth Steiger who dominated the Open match on Saturday with a 57/60 and a 56/60 to set the following national records:

Open 120-shot (113/120)
Women's 120-shot
Junior 120-shot
Women's 60-shot (57/60)
Junior 60-shot
Womens Rams long-run (42)
Junior Rams long-run
Women's Turkeys long-run (17)
Junior Turkeys long-run
Women's Pigs long-run (165)
Junior Pigs long-run

Must be nice to be young. I was worn out just sitting there calling the long run for Elizabeth on those Piggies and writing down all those 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5sssss Great shooting little lady! All the Steiger kids did really well. They are lucky they have such a great pack mule for a old man

Shoot as well?? Pat couldnt even keep count! He took off both shoes and his pants and said he lost count at 21 - I didn't understand what he was talking about.

Pat's kids must get their brains from mom - they all kept count in their heads... in German.
