2014 Texas State Championships???

Has there been a date and location set for the 2014 Texas Smallbore Sil. championships? i have been searching and haven't seen anything.

Planned for 11-12 April at the Haltom City Rifle and Pistol Club.
Following setup, the range will be available Friday from Noon onward for practice, sight-in and equipment certification.
One 60 round Standard Rifle Record Match and one 60 round Hunting Rifle Record Match on Saturday.

Both matches are on Saturday the 12th?

Is that date set in stone? That is the same weekend as the regional in Arkansas. I'd like to make both matches.
