I clicked on the ad above to see what they have and was sent to a place holder site. Did that firm go out of business?

Looks like bicycle gear, wonder why they kept the name unless it's the same people but even that wouldn't make much sense.

Nah, looks like somebody poached their name. They must have let their license lapse and somebody snatched it up, hoping to sell it back to them at a profit. Happens all the time.
