2015 SMALLBORE RIFLE SILHOUETTE

MATCH DATES: June 7th, July 5th, Aug 2nd

LOCATION: Globe-Miami Gun Club, 2675 Bixby Rd. Globe, AZ 85501. Go to the Gun Club's web site for directions to the range, or call or e-mail the match director.

ENTRY FEES: $5.00 Per gun.

COURSE OF FIRE: 60 shot match, 15 shots at Chickens (40m), 15 shots at Javelina (60m), 15 shots at Turkeys (77m), and 15 shots at Rams (100m). All shots are standing offhand. Standard velocity rounds only. No hyper-velocity ammo will be allowed.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone who can safely handle a rifle will be allowed to participate.

RULES: All NRA rules will apply. All Globe-Miami Gun Club Rules will apply. Rules are posted at the range or on the club's web site.

Ammo: Again no high velocity ammo will be allowed in the match.

SMOKING: No smoking will be allowed on the firing line.

ENTRY LIMITS: None.

MATCH TIMES: 9:00AM. Give or take a few.

PRACTICE: The range will be open for practice at 8:00AM on match days for practice. The range will close at approx. 8:50 for set up.

CLASSIFICATION: NRA Classification will apply. If you are shooting for the first time you will be charged the $5.00 entry fee and allowed to SHOOT THRU, this doesn't classify you as a shooter, it just allows you to shoot the match. Classification books will be for sale. See Match Director.

EQUIPMENT: NRA Rules will apply. If this is your first match, just bring what you have and shoot the match. An Empty Chamber Indicator (or OBI) is mandatory. If you do not have one, they will be for sale at the match.

SCORING: Relay 2 will score for relay 1, 3 for 2, and 1 for 3, depending on how many relays there are.

AWARDS: There will be no awards for these matches. Entry fees will be used to cover the cost of paint and other materials for the matches. Any cash left over will be donated to the club.

Misc: The firing line is covered. Bring your own chairs and your own drinks.
