Memorial Day
Once I was sitting around a table with some of my ex's relatives and there was one lady who was quite bitter about our nations military (later found out her son was booted out of the AF for failure to adapt to Military, probably a fag) but any way she asked the question "How does one serve his/her country"? My ex Father in Law was also sitting there a WW2 vet who picked up a bronze star in the Philipines, was being polite and didn't say anything. The best answer I could come up with was someone who puts on some kind of uniform and a pair of boots and does what the hell their told to do. My thanks goes out to all the other Vets out there that did exactly that, and especially the ones that didn't make it back.
U.S. Army-Donating blood since 1775.
