FS: Sierra Match King Bullets .284/7mm SOLD

Post by mtdave »

Since moving to Montana 15 years ago from southern California our opportunities to shoot high power silhouette without a 6 hour plus drive have become zero. We have decided to start selling off our excess supplies and equipment. We'll start off with some bullets and go from there.
We have 1600 150gr S1915 Sierras at $28.00 per hundred and 1100 168gr Sierras at $30.00 per hundred all original sealed 100 count boxes. For orders of 500 or more we'll pay the shipping, payment is by US postal money order only and bullets will be shipped upon receipt of funds. I like to haggle so if somebody wants the whole pile lets get to haggling.
We also have several hundred rounds of loaded ammo that I will pull the bullets out of and offer at a super discount, good practice stuff, we'll haggle over the price of those when the time comes.
In the future will be some scopes including a couple of Leupold 24x with Premier 1/2 minute dots installed.
Mary Ellen and I were serious shooters so we have no junk, it's all good stuff. Just ask Jim, Manny, Steve T, Lones, the Winsteads and many others.
Send me a PM and "we'll get to haggling". What western is that line from?

I also just found 3 boxes of 1903 130gr Match Kings which I'll sell for $25 per box.
Bullets are sold pending receipt of funds.

Good on you for leaving CA. You sound like a good fit for MT. Sorry to hear you getting out of the game.

Check your PM in five minutes.

Congrats on getting out of CA. It wouldn't have occurred to me that anywhere in MT was six hours from a highpower range when we drive to Missoula every year for the Iron Man. Maybe I need to be careful where in MT that I move to if that wish ever comes true. :)

Mt is a huge state, I'm guessing 12 hours minimum to dive east to west. Our local gun club has a smallbore silhouette match that in order to have high scores they shoot pistol size steel with rifles . we shot a couple matches doing head shots only and "suggested" they shoot regulation targets, they declined because their scores would fall.

I believe the line was "Well let's get to haggling." and it was from John Wayne's The Shootist.

And if you had used Bing instead of Google, you'd have found that. :)

Don't need no stinkin' Bing or Google, I can identify almost any Western with just a 2 second clip or good quote. All I watch are Westerns, :ymcowboy:
