Thoughts on the Conard Cup. Feel free to join in

Know that there is another thread thanking everyone and posting resuslts, but thought I'd add mine and invite posters to post and share their memories from Conard Cup 2p11.

First of all, Thank you to Steve Wooster and all those who helped run the match. You all did a great job and I reall appreciate the quick match results. Maks filing match reports much easier. Everyone was gracious to a couple of dispalced Southerniers and Mini Kitty and both appreciate very much how you all made us feel liek family and that we are welcome there.

We will surely be back and look forward to shooting amound a lot of new fround freinds.

That said, On the lighter side. Mt. St. Helens now belongs to Team Kitty. I marked my territorty there, so it's mine. Continue to use it, I will inspect it from time to time. Low fuel lights work on rental cars as well as our own mini van. JJP and Coates like my driving...they hollered encouragments to me as we careened around the curvy roads coming home from supper late one night...at least I think it was encouragement.....Don't buy a Maroon Ford Flex from Avis rent a car anywhere in the near future....trust me on this one....Folks up there have a nice accent...they told us we did, but they were mistaken, easy one to make....And weather forecasters are useless up there....Cats are fast up there, and racoons are indecisive.....not a good trait to have with me driving.
