Re: hendrick hudson road trip
I've been shooting up there pretty regular since last year, but won't be there tomorrow. Most matches are the second Sat of the month. June is the 3rd and concflicts with our match on Staten Island.
Dick Dorman does a great job up there. I'll be at July's match and look forward to seeing you NH guys then

I've also heard that Dick runs a great match. He always keeps us down in the Binghamton, NY area informed of the match dates. I've got to be honest and say the price of gas has always kept me from driving the 2 1/2 hours but my new car is getting 30+ on the highway so things are looking better for a road trip. Also would like to shoot at the Saten Island macth but again we're looking at 3 1/2 hours. Awhile back I didn't even think about going on a road trip but adding $70 to shoot a match starts to hurt.

Re: hendrick hudson road trip
I know this post is a year old but I figured it would be nice to again restate what a nice program Dick has going at Hendrick Falls in Averill Park, NY. East of Albany. I went last weekend and the lunch they served was just what the Dr. ordered. Delicious. Makes me think our club should consider serving lunch.
I got to meet Ken from Staten Island for the first time. Good guy as was everyone I met. 22 or so shooters all working on the white 1/5th animals in a nice squaded match. Nice cover, strong stands but I must say, I have never had so many turned animals in one match in my life! 3! Guess I need to hit them in the center!
Just two matches left. Sept 15 and Oct 6th. I think they put up 5 banks, 2 relays so they are ready for 40 shooters. Worth the trip!
