Do you mean 'Field Targets' ?
These resetables are used in a game called Field Target. Here are some of the US brands.

Check with one of the officers at the Haltom City Rifle and Pistol Club. http://www.haltomcityrpc.org/
They designed a built resettable and transportable (wheeled units) targets for HP, SBR, and Air Rifle. Targets are reset using an appropriately-sized string from the shooting line. A 3-relay, 60-shot, match can easily be run in 2.5 hours.

Resettable High Power Targets? That would seem like it would need a cable and a wench to reset. The weight of a rope alone would be almost to much to pull on by hand no? These things must have a serious counter weight or something. I would love to see pics of the setup if possible.

Re: resettable air rifle targets
Sorry about the confusion with HP. My reference was to Hunter's Pistol, not High Power. You're right--a really long, strong string, and a really big, strong puller.
