...sounds more like an issue for the Department of Utter Nonsense, the Director of which is highly qualified to handle just such a situation...in fact, perhaps OVER qualified, being well versed in the perpetuation of such matters, and perhaps, occasionally, the cause...

How about Perps! As they are perpetrators invading the Behind the Berm forum to get a little bit of enlightenment and knowledge. Perhaps they will not need to subscribe to Reader's Digest to improve their vocabulary as by perusing this section, they have entered into the Twilight Zone of English IV!
