Meals at the Southern Nats

Post by duckgumbo »

We just met with our caterer this morning and I want to let everyone know about the meals for the match.

Wednesday night Catfish cookout for Air Rifle competitors

Thursday lunch for Air Rifle Competitors. If you wish to purchase a lunch at the range and are not registered in the Sir Rifle match,m R V will have lunch for sale.

Friday lunch for Air rifle competitors and R V will have plenty of hamburgers for the people that wish to stay at the range and not have to travel and eat.

Friday evening - Opening meal of Boneless stuffed chickens, seafood bisque, boiled shrimp, fried taters, sausage, bread, dessert, and all the trimmings for the competitors and their guests.

Saturday and Sunday breakfast for competitors and they will also be for sale to non-competitors

Saturday and Sunday lunch for competitors and they will also be for sale to non-competitors

Saturday evening crawfish boil for individuals that wish to purchase tickets before 1 PM on Friday (so that R V can get an accurate head count) or dinner in town at one of our restaurants.

Sunday evening - Traditional Ribeye stead dinner with the trimmings. Tickets to be purchased by noon on Saturday!

If you have any questions, please email or call me or Robin. R V Arnold and his wife Eloise are catering this event this year so that Donnie can concentrate on having fun. R V and Eloise want you to know that the food will be as good or better than in previous years and that we will NOT run out of food.

I guarantee that we will not run out of Budweiser!

All meals will be by meal ticket for everyone. Each competitor will have their meal tickets in their packet and we will be selling the tickets in the stat office during the match.

Send me a PM and I will only charge a small fee for the short-term loan for your meal tickets! This applies to everyone that cannot make the deadline. Kess, you could always do like the Limey and come in a week early so as not to miss ANY of the bullshit!

Well OK, I try to maintain the illusion of standards when Susie's around, but watch me after I get into the crawfish 'n AmberBock Saturday night. Hey d'gumbeaux, you gonna have some Zydeco to go along with the crawfish??..think ambience

I talked with our Budweiser distributor this afternoon and informed him of the record number of shooters coming. The Budweiser Keg Wagon will arrive Wednesday in time for the air rifle catfish dinner. According to Damon we will NOT run out of beer! It is my understanding that we will have a better allotment of Amber Bock!

Ahmed,
In silhouette there is no wrong match man, just some better than others. Getting fired, well that can be a blessing in disguise so I hear, seriously considering it myself, although I'll probably walk before I give them the pleasure of firing. Time off is not a problem, have lots of hours to take, just too much to do in order to take them and no money with the boy eating and school.

Watch out for them west aprroaching hurricanes/ depressions.
