Nationals Update

Post by duckgumbo »

How come none of the Fucktard F Troop guys have not posted the usual bullshit about Nationals? Inquiring minds want to know who won what and how much fun ya'll had. By the way, did anyone use their ice chests from Winnie?

I also understand from Wormy that Weasel Greg may run the NRA Nationals the first weekend of June. I want to remind everyone that we WILL be having the Southern Nationals June 3 - 7, 2009 regardless of what the NRA does! Just another bullshit moment by Greg to try and fuck with us!!! We have already planned a better shoot for next year!

I would have some sympathy for Weasel Greg and his pathetic bullshit, but sympathy is in the dictionary between shit and syphillus (forgive the spelling)!

By the way, if we have 40 walk-in entries in Winnsboro, we WILL turn some away when we reach our maximum of 240 competitors. We had 212 this year!

Got a call from Dawg and he is planning on going to Nationals next year! The REAL Nationals that is - 2009 Southern National Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Championship!

We are also having the National Air Rifle Silhouette Championship since Weasel Greg told Don Strickland that this should be the location for a National championship!

We have sent in the application for the 2009 dates and do not plan on changing. We have also secured our Louisiana funding!

I suggest that Quonset Hut take care of his OWN business and not ours! We do have funding so please quit trying to stir up shit that you do not know one fucking thing about!

When you want to run this match, let us know. Jerry wants to know when you do what we do for your Parish that we do for ours, let us know and you can have this match! Then you will have the right to let people know if you do or do not have funding from the state!

I personally can say that Kolby, Gramma and I had a great time. The area is beautiful and the food was great. A lot better than I anticipated. The Ridgway Rifle Club did a wonderful job. As those of us who have attended Nationals in Raton, NM, Ridgway fed us much better. At the high power match, they had a hog roast. Even though I am on the wormy side I do like good food.

Kitty won't be back until late this week. I'm sure he'll give a much better update.

Kolby won intermediate junior in smallbore and high power standard and hunting rifle. On day 3 of high power standard rifle Kolby broke out of AA with a 32. He won 1st AAA for the match. We flew home heavy with 16 trophies.

Ducky and Dawg, I'll email some pics and info to you asap. Feel free to post since I don't know how.

Breaking News:

The SE Michigan tourism bureau has agreed to finance all programs in Louisiana that will assure them that the residents of Louisiana will not try and visit or reside in Michigan.
