Trust me if I was boss this place would be running smoothly and there would not be the extreme waste of money.

Innocent, at least you just have one BOSS. Anybody that comes along can tell me what to do in the day time Civil Servant job. I try to encourage nice folks in my department and outside my department that have too many years in to quit by reminding them that eventually they will outlast their problem Supervisor. I name off all the idiots that they had put up with in the past years that moved on, moved up to a level where there was no more contact or were fired for various abuses. Eventually if you stay tough God will make the circumstances fall in place to rid you of the idiots. Hang in there! It will get better. No bad situation can last forever.

Bobby, While I actually only have one boss...he is almost never there (4 days out of a month or so) and he lets a much lower and new person (as his deputy is a total non-confrontational person), run things for him. Yes I intend to outlast this individual, but it doesn't stop me from watching for other opportunities, as I do not wish to play the discrimination card, but I still hold it, well documented, and as he has gotten away with it this long, he feels that he can continue, it will eventually backfire on him.

Interesting analogies on clubhouse in the sporting events. What a crazy gorup this is.

I have had a lot of hobbies and accomplished a lot of things in life but the Rifle Sports and Silhouette in particular are the best acitivities I have ever participated in. Yes, a crazy group but the best group I have ever been associated with. If you are a student of shooting Silhouette it will put your mind where it should be and that will result in being able to handle just about any situation you come across in life. I think the kids that grow up in Silhouette have a distinct advantage when it comes to mental toughness. It's hard when you have hit 9 and your heart rate goes up when you have the dot on number 10 with time running out.
