Good News, Bad News:
Way I figure it, if the Supreme Court rules that local law can supersede The Constitution - as in the case of Chicago gun laws - then a municipality can suspend Federal tax law within their jurisdiction. You couldn't own guns, but you wouldn't have to pay income tax...
